Zack Friedrichs has spent more than 15 years doing one thing exceptionally well: turning complex manufacturing challenges into reliable, high-quality products for health-focused brands. He joined ChemMed in 2009, grew up in the company, and has led it as President since 2017, earning his MBA from USC along the way without ever stepping away from the work.
Zack is known for being genuinely accessible to ChemMed's partners and clients. He believes that strong manufacturing relationships are built on communication and trust as much as capability, and that philosophy shows in the long-term partnerships ChemMed consistently maintains.
Today, Zack oversees ChemMed's partnerships, quality standards, and long-term direction, with a hands-on understanding of every layer of the business that only comes from building something from the inside out.
Wade Friedrichs founded ChemMed with a vision that was equal parts scientific and strategic: to build a manufacturing partner that health and wellness brands could genuinely rely on. That vision was shaped over decades of hands-on experience across some of the most demanding corners of the industry.
A Navy veteran, Wade brought discipline and precision into every professional chapter that followed. He immersed himself in OTC manufacturing, helped develop vitamin lines, guided companies through brand licensing, and worked alongside compound pharmacists to create proprietary wellness products that were both effective and market-ready. Along the way, he cultivated relationships with high-level practitioners and chemists, steering product development toward formulations that were not only scientifically sound but genuinely relevant to consumers.
